Aging with Attitude: Bill’s Story

While you can read many articles and books on aging, when you pick up Aging with Attitude: 10 Powerful Strategies That Will Add Life to Your Years, you’ll hold a book that’s driven by Bill’s personal story and passion for helping others find meaning and purpose in life.

Bill was 50 years old when things took a turn for the worst—his life nearly came to an end with a heart attack. It was an event that would alter the course of his life. Afterwards, Bill dug deep and examined his thinking about life and his impact on others, and he came away with a new purpose.

Aging with Attitude was written to help you find the direction Bill discovered in the months that followed his heart attack. After years of helping older adults, Bill has discovered one factor that determines whether you thrive in your retirement years or struggle. What is the factor that has such a powerful impact? Your attitude.

Bill has backed his personal insight with relevant medical research on the brain as well as inspiring stories of people like you. The result is a book that casts a vision for life after 65 and plants the seeds of what Bill intends to be a movement that transforms the lives of countless individuals.
